The location of the hotel is the key point. I was able to visit Kalighat, Minto Park, Victoria memorial etc. and near by malls as well within a radius of 7-8 Kms. About the hotel, right from reception, staffs were very cordial, helpful throughout our entire stay. In addition to that, the adjacent restaurant has got everything we needed. I made an ad-hoc request for chicken stew, which was not in their regular menu. But to my surprise, the chef prepared just for my kid. It really touched us.

Every thing was good except in MAP plan, food options are very limited. Also during breakfast, most of the time buffet is not there and service is slow.

I liked the room Cleanliness, staffs were helpful, there were some stains in the blanket, when I informed they change that. Breakfast was moderate, liked their kochuri and alur dum most.

Folks, this is a maintained space where every part is hygiene and well kept! Most places are in a mile distance

Location is perfect, safety as well. The staff were very kind.
